Over the last 4 days we had a long holiday, On Friday we had teachers only day, On Saturday and Sunday was normal weekends but Monday was Queens Birthday holiday for New Zealand.
For teachers only day I had to come to school because Mum has to go to work, my mum is a nurse and she is some times very busy. Well back to teachers only day story I had to watch movies and got to play on Gimp, Gimp is a logo and button maker for web sites.
I also was allowed to play on the playground. Dad was very happy but very busy like mum.
Mum stayed home for the rest of the weekend with me and the rest of the kids while dad worked all weekend while he left us at home, but the cool thing was we went for a walk around to the brookland Rd shops we got takeaways actually chips and bacon burgers for lunch we had a really good time.
My Weekend
In the weekend I went to my friend Casey's house for 2 nights.
While I was there went went for walks and Casey decided that we going to get some sponsors for the 40 hour famine me and her were doing the 40 hour famine expect that I am not aloud go around the neighborhood.
After we went back and counted the money she made $48.20.
We tried to make up one which was no sleeping but we were to tired to stay up and fell asleep at 1:30am and we accidentally left the t.v on and her nan had to come in and turn it of .
Casey has a pit bull named Hash we call him Hash brown.
We had loads of fun we are very good friends. I met at Lakes Ranch camp it used to be called Kiwi
Ranch.

Tonohopu marae
In term 1 week 5 the Discovery Academy went to Noho Marae.
We stayed there for 3 days we even had to sleep there.
Me and some other people played tiggy and ran around . We did get in trouble for running around a couple of times.
The second day we went on the waka at the lake front we had to wait for ages.The year sevens went on the waka but some of the year sevens went with the year eights there were to wake. About 25 kids went on the waka at once. As we were lying on our mattresses all thinking they were very un-comfortable.When we were coming back some of us were tired.

Hi, my name is Aimee. I am 12 years old, I have 6 people in my family. I live with my half sister half brother step mum and dad my other sister in at boarding school. My favourite sports are soccer and Hockey but I haven't joined any sports. I used to live in Auckland but now I'm in Rotorua. I go to Kaitao Middle School. My dad works at my school.When I lived in Auckland I went to this school called Don Buck primary. That school was a primary school and a intermedite school in 1!. At that school you got to wear muffti clothes. They now got uniform it light blue and navey blue. At Kaitao we have dark and navey blue. After school I get dressed and then either watch t.v or go on my sister's computer. I go on hers because my one doesn't have a harddrive in it. Usally I fold the washing every second day I fold the clothes. And every first day I fold the towels.We watch our normal t.v shows they are: The replacements, The suite life of Zach and Cody, Phinenas and ferb,Wizards of waverly place and Hannah Montana. And if we are lucky we will watch H2o just add water. My best friends in Auckland are Jessica, Liam, Kyle, Paige, Katie, Olivia. My best friends in Rotorua are Shaquile, Te Rina, Krystal.
